Since 1981 Grandma has been committed to giving back to the community through donating to events that are important to our customers and our employees.
Grandma’s Country Oven Bake Shoppe is happy to donate to worthy causes according to the following guidelines:
- Event must be within a 10 mile radius of the bakery.
- Donation Request Form and Explanation of your request on Company Letterhead must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to your event.
- One donation per 12 month period.
- We will not donate for employee recognitions or company parties, pageants or fashion shows, family reunions, political organizations or lobbying groups, travel expenses for educational or extracurricular activity trips or professional development seminars and conferences
- Certificates, Gift Baskets or Products that are donated are not for personal use.
- Person requesting donation must be a member of our PERKA loyalty program.
- Submission of this form does not guarantee a donation.
